We generally ship your order within 2 business days of you placing it. We will let you know if circumstances have introduced any delays to this chedule.

Items generally ship via the United States Postal Service using first-class mail.
Originals and select other items may ship by UPS instead.
If your situation requires specific shipping options other than these let us know. We may be able to accommodate you.

If a package ever doesn’t make it to you or arrives damaged, we’ll work with the shipper to figure it out and fix it if we can.

If you realize you don’t want something you bought, contact us. If it’s in the condition you bought it in, we’ll ask you to mail it back and your expense and then refund the rest of the price when we receive it.
